You can search for pet-friendly accommodation with a „pet-friendly“ filter on our website. Every accommodation listing has a specific mark if it allows cats and dogs to stay at the property.
All pet-friendly accommodation units have a specific mark on their listing page. If a property is not marked with this option, then pets are not allowed.

Once you have decided to book the chosen property, click „Book““ and make a direct reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to your address.
Booking can be made by sending a booking enquiry. In that case, we (or the owner) will get back at you as soon as possible after receving the enquiry.
The booking will be confirmed once you have paid a deposit of 30 – 50% of the total booking amount, depending on the accommodation unit and after reading and accepting the terms and conditions set by the provider.
It is not possible to visit the property you are interested in. Should you have any questions regarding a specific property, we will be glad to assist you and forward your request to the provider.
The person making the booking must be over 18 years old.
Depending on the property provider, it is possible that a group of young people will not be accepted in the property. Please read the description carefully before making a reservation. For properties where nothing is mentioned in the description, everyone above age of 18 is welcome to book a villa or apartment with us.
Guest can modify or cancel their reservation with us.

Cancellations or booking modifications generally have to be sent in written form via e-mail. Please include your booking reference and be aware of due cancellation fees.
To modify the reservation, please include all changes to the reservation (the number of people, names of guests, and/or another date of the holiday beginning or ending (needs to be reported at least 30 days before arrival). The first reservation change is done without any additional charge, if possible. Each subsequent change will be charged in the amount of 15 euros/change. In case that the reservation change is not possible, and the Guest gives up on the already confirmed reservation, the terms listed in Terms and Conditions are applied.
The date when the written cancellation notification is received by the Agency represents the basis for the calculation of all the cancellation charges. In case the written cancellation was not received within the working hours of the Agency, the cancellation date is considered to be the next working day:
Any of the paid deposits, as well as the one which confirms the agreed reservation, are not refundable.
We will process your cancellation or modification during office hours (Mo-Fri 9am-5pm GMT+2).
You will receive the confirmation of the cancellation/modification and the cancellation invoice from the specific provider of the holiday home.
When you meet the host for key handover, walk through the property together and address potential issues immediately so the owner can fix them.
If you receive the keys in another way, please contact the host immediately.
A deposit is a down payment given in advance and kept by the property owner during your stay. The deposit is paid upon your arrival in cash; the amount will be communicated in the reservation confirmation.
The owner may use this money in case you cause damages to the vacation rental. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, the guest will cover the total cost of the damage.
If there aren't any damages, you will get your full deposit back at the end of your stay.
