A beautiful seaview luxury holiday home with a pool, Villa Viktorija***** is located on a hill a mile from the sea on the island of Krk in Croatia. This private villa is nestled in a village, just a couple of minutes form the sea and 15 minutes just 10 minutes from the cultural and touristic life of Krk and Malinska.

Boasting impressive views, Villa Viktorija is a green oasis for a peaceful and relaxing holiday for up to 8 people. The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large balcony, great for celebrating life at sunset with a glass of domestic white wine zlahtina. All rooms are airy and with a lot of light but they can be completely darkened if you prefer to sleep late in the morning.

Downstairs you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equiped kitchen and a separate toilet. There'a a large patio that allows you to open up the living/dining room and to create a strong indoor-outdoor connection. You'll find a table for alfresco dining on the terrace, together with a BBQ.

The house has a large swimming pool with sunbeds, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, where you can refresh and work on your tan in complete privacy.

Parking is located in the yard. The public transportation here in not an option so you'll need a car or bikes to move around the island. You can also rent a boat in Luka Vela Jana, located 6 minutes form the villa.
