Set in a village on the island of Krk and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, luxury Villa Loma1 villa can accommodate up to 10 persons who are looking for a safe and private place close to sea and all major tourist attraction.

This big house offers a lot of cosiness in 320m2 of space. With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, you will never feel as if the house is packed.

A big living room, dining area and the kitchen are equiped with all modern amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, Sat TV, DVD and radio player) to make you stay more enjoyable.

There is also a sauna with a gaming room in the basement where our guests love to spend time in the evening or during rainy days. The outdoor area is where you will spend most of your summer days.

A very nice swimming pool with the shallow end is convenient for small children so the whole family can have fun swimming, dipping and splashing in the water. Work on your tan on the sunbeds before it gets too hot and you transfer yourself under the shaded terrace area where's a table for alfresco dining.

For outdoor recreation there are 2 bikes on guests disposal.

Men like to show their cooking skills at a BBQ in the garden, while late in the evening, after the kids have gone to bed, the jacuzzi becomes popular. End your day relaxing in the bubbles with a glass of local white wine.

Villa Loma 1 is located near the popular tourist village Malinska, where you will find everything a family needs for their vacations.

On disposal to the guests villa offeres a beby bed and the high chair.
There are 4 parking spaces at the property.

Damage deposit in the amount of 500,00 EUR is to be paid upon arrival in cash.
