Beautiful Luxury Villa Maša***** is a newly built holiday home in a small village of Kras on the island of Krk, only 7km away from the sea, offering complete privacy. The villa has a rustic charm with all modern amenities and spacious outside area with a pool.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 persons in three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms are with double bed and there is also a kids bedroom with two bunk beds.

The interior of the house is decorated traditionally with-walled beams, wooden furniture and parquet in bedrooms so it feels warm and cosy. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned and free internet access is available.

Villa has a konoba a traditional cooling space in the house where locals used to keep wine, olive oil and food. Here in the villa the space is used as a sauna and a mini gym.

The outdoor pool with a spacious sun terrace and sun loungers, a lovely garden featuring BBQ and shaded area for alfresco dining are the main selling points of this four-bedroom house.

Surrounded by greenery, luxury villa Maša offers peace and quiet, still being close to many tourist spots.

The surroundings are fantastic for nature lovers who love cycling and strolling through the woods. The villa is also located close to the Valbiska ferry port. You can do island hopping, visiting Cres, Rab or Losinj for a day.
