**Luxury Villa Augusta ******* is a beautiful stone house made in traditional style, mainly wood and stone are used for decor and design. The villa is located in Kremenići, near Malinska on the island of Krk, only 1.5 km from the sea. It is designed as a separate facility with its own private pool, sunbathing area, small Mediterranean garden and beautiful stone terrace.

Luxury Villa Augusta is equipped with all the technical contents you could need (WiFi, air conditioning, Sat TV) and is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and open-plan living room with a direct access to the stone terrace. Also, there is one separate toilete.
Villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, two double rooms with double beds are located on the ground floor and have their own bathroom. The remaining 3 rooms are located on the first floor, one of which has a double bed, and the other two have 3 single beds each. On the first floor there are also two fully equipped bathrooms. Villa is ideal for accommodating 12 people.

What makes this traditional villa special is a few zones where you can have privacy and relax, or socialize with family and friends. On the terrace there is a pleasant area of covered summer kitchen with a large grill and a table for twelve people. Villa also features swimming pool with sunbathing area and umbrellas. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house. In the immediate vicinity of the property, there is an outdoor park for children.
