Located just a mile away from the centre of Malinska town and 30 metres from the first beach, Villa Marconica can accommodate up to 8 persons and their well behaved pets who will all enjoy this spacious house and the garden.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, while the fourth one is on the ground floor where you will also find an open-concept luxury living room, a big kitchen with all the amenities (dishwasher, microwave, oven and fidge) with dining area overlooking the pool and garden. From the large pool guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.

There's also a big dining area with a gas grill outside where you can prepare some fresh local fish and meat and enjoy a glass of wine at the sunset.

The house features free wifi, satellite TV, air-conditioning and heating floors to make your stay fully enjoyable.

Wine cellar is private and requires prior reservation and arrangement with the owners. Valid only for bookings with a minimum stay of 5 days. Additional costs may occur.

A maid will come regularly to make sure everything is clean and if you have any additional requests, please do not hesitate contact the landlord who is at your service.
You can reach the villa by plane, car or boat. If you're coming by plane to the Rijeka airport, just take the cab to the villa. If you're coming by car, there's a free parking spot just for you in front of the house.
If you like cycling, pedal along the 300 kilometres of routes on the island, through olive groves, hills and valleys, visit the town of Krk and Vrbnik.
