In order to provide you with a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with our house rules:

THE GUESTS: are adults over the age of 21 and will be occupants of the unit during the entire reserved period. Additional guests or occupants that have not disclosed prior to arrival may be denied access to the premises.Additional fees of 100,00 EUR per day per undislosed guests will be charged for all guests that have not disclosed prior to arrival up the maximum occupancy.No keys shall be issued to anyone other than occupants listed above.

* Your host is obliged to ensure peace and order, to assist you upon arrival and to provide accommodation in accordance with the category of the room or apartment. Your host must respect the custom and practice of the accommodation industry.

The apartment rate includes utilities (water supply, electricity, gas/electricity for cooking and hot water) and the change of bed linen in room(s) and towels in bathroom(s).

* In order to ensure a pleasant stay for you as well as other potential guests, please use your room or apartment and its furnishings and fittings with good care.

** If you have reserved an apartment, please plan your arrival after 1600 PM.

* Guests are kindly requested to vacate the accommodation by 1000 AM on the day of departure. Otherwise, full rate will be charged for that day.

* Peace and quiet should be observed from 2200 to 0800 PM.Guests are obligated to behave in a mannerly fashion, both adults and children.Children should be under supervision during their playtime.

* Tenants may be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the Rental Fee and Security Deposit for any of the following A.) Using the premises for any illegal activities B) Causing damage to the property, rented premises or to any of the neighboring properties C) Excessive noise disturbances including but not limited to excessive noise after dark without prior consent D) Disposing of trash or food items inappropriately. E) Disregarding property policies posted or verbally asknowledged.

* Pets may not be brought into accommodation without prior consent from your host.

* No party groups allowed.

* What you should bring: Plan on packing personal toiletry items. If you are known to have allergic reactions plan on bringing medication as advises by your doctor.

* Guests are not allowed to accommodate non-residents in rented accommodation.

* The use of one's own electrical appliances (refrigerators, fans, heaters) is not permitted as this causes higher utility costs.

* You are kindly requested not to take towels, bed linen, blankets, sun umbrellas and similar out of the property, nor to move interior furnishings (tables and chairs) outside or exposing them to the sun and rain.

* If you decide to terminate your reservation earlier than agreed, payment must be made for the whole period you have reserved.

* The accommodation rate for the reserved period will be charged prior to the beginning of your stay.

* Upon departure, you are required to call your host to check the accommodation and are obliged to pay for any caused damage.

* If you have settled your account at the Tourist Agency, please show your host the reservation confirmation if necessary.
