The modern, newly built Villa Olive is located in the picturesque town of Vrbnik on the island of Krk and offers accommodation for up to 8 people. Guests have at their disposal a large swimming pool 10m x3m ( heated in the period 01.05. - 01.10.) with a shower. Pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area, a Mediterranean garden and a large terrace that invites you to socialize in the long summer evenings. The villa covers an area of 202 m2 on two floors and all the rooms are air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is an open area of the kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and sun deck, as well as one toilet.

The Villa Luana is located in a quiet part of Malinska, on the island of Krk. In front of the building there is an olive grove owned by the landlord. The villa has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a tavern with entertainment space and kitchen. There is a garage, kitchen, living room and dining room, and a wellness area with two saunas, shower and jacuzzi. In the building there is a tavern of 60m2. In the tavern there is a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace (for food preparation). In the tavern there is a table for billiards, a table for table football and darts, and in the garage there is a table for table tennis (outdoor). On the 1st floor there is a wellness area with two saunas (infrared and Finnish), and on the terrace there is a jacuzzi.
