Luxurious Villa Brajdini with Panoramic Sea Views

The luxury villa Brajdini is located in the small coastal village of Risika. Risika is an ideal destination for a relaxed family vacation, it is surrounded by wonderful nature, hiking and biking trails, and natural beaches and is 10-15 minutes away from the larger island towns and attractions.

Villa offers accommodation for up to 10 people.

On the first floor there is a modernly furnished open space living area with kitchen, dining room and living room, one en-suite double room, as well as a separate toilet. On the second floor there are three en-suite double bedrooms with sea views. Two rooms have also one sofabed for one person.
From living area there is a direct access to the terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy warm summer evenings. In the large swimming pool (8x4m) with a sunbathing area you can refresh yourself on long, warm days .

In the basement of the house there is a fitness room and a games room with a treadmill, orbiter, exercise bike, table tennis and darts.

NOTICES:
A cot and a baby chair are available to guests.
There is also parking space for 4 cars in the garden.
The Villa has an charge free e-charging station. Parties are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
A security deposit of EUR 500.00 is required in cash upon arrival.
