This amazing villa will take your breath away from the moment you step inside. The interior feels airy and luxurios, and you have amazing views of the sea from all corners of the house. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the house.

Villa Grace can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Most rooms come with sea views to wake up to.There are two double ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, together with a spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen and beautiful large terrace overlooking the sea.

On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite room. From the ground floor, you have direct access to large outdoor terrace, garden and relax zone but the selling part of the house is definitely the rooftop featuring a pool with sun decks and a huge terrace with superb sea views, with nothing between you and the beautiful big blue. Sunsets here are specially fantastic.

Jadranovo is a small seaside resort, ideal for a quiet holiday, known for numerous coves and romantically secluded beaches. During the summer there are several events, among which the most popular is the traditional fishermen's night, celebrated on July 25th with live music.

There are numerous beaches in and around Jadranovo. The main beach is Jadranovo beach, beach havisce is the most popular, Lucica is a smaller beach but super nice with many bars, two FKK beaches, a dog beach.

3 parking spaces are available. The pool is year-round, dimensions 8 m x 4 m, and the depth is 150 cm. The property has 600 m2 and is completely fenced.
