Villa Divine with the pool

The newly built, modern Villa Divine is located in the small town of Kras, located in the interior of the island of Krk, and offers accommodation for 8 people. Villa Divine is a real oasis of peace surrounded by the untouched nature of a small town, which is one of those locations that many tourists return with joy and is the right place to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation with family and friends.

The villa extends over 130m2, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living area with a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace, one bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are three more double rooms, one of which has its own bathroom and a separate bathroom. On the 450 m2 garden, you can relax in the 8 x 3 m swimming pool with a sun deck, while you can spend long summer evenings in the dining area, enjoying your own grilled specialties.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a parking lot for three cars on the plot.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties are not allowed inside the facility/property.
A security deposit in case of damage in the amount of EUR 500.00 is paid to the owner upon arrival.
