The villa offers a 130m2, spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with access to the terrace, one bedroom with its own bathroom, and an additional toilet. On the first floor, there are three more double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, and a separate bathroom. The villa's garden covers 450m2 and offers an 8x3m swimming pool with sunbathing area, a dining and relaxation area, and a barbecue.
