Villa Castel Muschio - heritage house is unique in its setting, facilities and ambiance. It is only 4km away from Rijeka Airport, nestling against the backdrop of Omišalj old town protected cultural heritage site, with a view opening onto the entire Kvarner bay. Dating back to the early 1900s and offering stunning sea views and an outdoor pool, it is a perfect vacation oasis to please all your sense.

Villa Castel Muschio spans 4 floors. **The ground floor **consists of a stylish, contemporary living area, a dinning room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen opening onto an upper terrace. One floor down there is a gym, a sauna with a 'cold plunge' shower, an indoor hot tub and a gaming room. All groundfloor areas have a direct access to the pool, an outdoor dining area and a sunny lower terrace. The first and the second floor comprise a total of 4 luxurious double bedrooms boasting a wonderful sea view. The villa is complemented by historical artefacts and adorned throughout with the artistic impressions of Old Town Omišalj. It accomodates 8 people and it is located only 200 meters from the town centre. Its position makes it an ideal hub for exploring this magical island and further afield.

The villa offers a large two-tier terrace with a meditation corner and the swimming pool, (13 m2), decked by sun loungers, a sculpture garden and a children’s area with a large trampoline, billiard table and table tennis. For the complete vacation experience, there’s also an alfresco dining area with a barbeque. All terraces provide exquisite sunset sea views. The yard is completely fenced.

The different levels of the villa are air-conditioned and/or floor-heated, making it a house to suit all your needs regardless of the time of year. It caters to all generations of guests, all year round. The old town itself is a car-free zone and the owners will take your luggage to/from the location by quad. The quad will be left in the utility yard on location for you to use (driving licence and deposit required). 

Villa Castel Muschio is an impeccable, carefully decorated holiday house with luxurious amenities and a valet service, set right on the edge of the old town. It has the feel of a countryside villa with its peace and pedestrian quiet, albeit with all the urban services one might need within arm's reach.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The pet fee is 16 EUR per pet per day. 1 pet/dog is allowed, the second is possible on request for a fee.

A deposit of EUR 500 is required in cash upon arrival.

Private parking is secured. Two parking spaces are available in the public parking lot (250m from the villa).

The parties are not allowed.
