The villa spreads on 200m2 on two floors and has 4 bedrooms, three of which are double and one single, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living area consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room with an enchanting and open view of the sea and greenery. Inside the villa there is also a sauna and a game room with billiards, table football and video games.

Next to the villa there is a large terrace where you can enjoy long summer evenings with a delicious barbecue dinner or a glass of your favorite drink. You can also relax by swimming in the large heated pool or enjoying the jacuzzi.

In the villa, there is the possibility of serving breakfast by arrangement, as well as buying groceries.

Next to the villa there is a parking lot for two cars.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The residence tax is charged on the spot in the amount of EUR 1.40 per day per person (for those over 12 years old). A deposit of 500 EUR is charged upon arrival.
